New COVID-19 vaccine sites in East San Jose pop up to respond to the county's highest rates of COVID-19. Sites include East Valley Clinic (McKee road), Public Health Office (1775 Story Rd. Suite 120), and Emmanuel Baptist Church (walk-in vaccination clinic Tuesday -Friday).
The East Valley Clinic site is part of the County’s rapid expansion of vaccination capacity as appointments open up. They have the capacity to vaccinate a few hundred individuals per day and adds to the many vaccination options located in the neighborhoods hardest hit by the pandemic.
As a reminder, there is a "no wrong door" policy in our county, meaning that individuals who are qualified for the vaccine can sign up to get vaccinated at any site, regardless of their healthcare provider. For more information please visit sccfreevax.org.
